Bourne Systems’ design team are made up of former Senior Airline Operations Managers, Engineers, system users and program developers – people that understand the task as well as the systems. Together they have challenged standard practices and industry norms to produce innovative and intelligent solutions for what are very complex operations.
Bourne System’s mission is to reduce user workload by designing systems that are simple to navigate and easy to maintain using lean consumption, lean manufacturing and process driven methodologies.
Where we can, Bourne use cloud server platforms to deploy our products, providing the clients with a reduced internal IT infrastructure requirement, infinite scalability, security and global accessibility via the internet.
Each product is supported by a dedicated Bourne Systems’ helpdesk so that we can address any user issues speedily and effectively, and feed any user experience improvements back into the system design.
Bourne Systems are committed to continuous improvement. We create user steering groups who, with ourselves, help identify and define the new system functionality and services or simply just to improve the user experience.
Bourne Systems’ offices are located in South Wales in the United Kingdom, but our systems are deployed internationally and currently in use in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
