How does Airbourne support its customer?

Airbourne FTM is a system with many features, some of which are very intuitive and others which may require some understanding.

With Airbourne, customer will receive free use of a help desk system which works similar to a conventional ticket system. You will be able to raise a call via the system along with any associated uploads such as screen shots, copying in other users into the call if you wish.

This call will then aimed to be responded to withing 48 hours but usually a lot sooner, to resolve any queries you may have.

The Airbourne help desk will be seen by the Airbourne help team and also the IT developers. This will allow for the best person to answer particular queries to jump in immediately.

Training is often one of the common solutions, by using Airbourne you will have full access to free training via online sessions with a real person who can show you Airbourne procedures and intended functions but also be able to answer any further questions in real time.

There are also some help files throughout the system allowing people who prefer to read through a guide to use that route instead.
